Jana Frank

Team Leader at Ichnos Biosciences

Jana obtained her PhD in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. After the PhD, she entered the CHO research field as a researcher at University of Tokushima and University of Osaka, Japan. Her work focused on chromosomal stability of the CHO host and production cell lines. In 2019, she transitioned to industry as a cell line development team leader at Canton Biologics. There, she was participating in an establishment of the CLD platform and team growth. Since 2022, she leads and learns from the enthusiastic Cell line development team at Ichnos Biosciences in La Chaux-de-Fondes, Switzerland.
