Profile

Jesper Hansson joined Cytiva in 2007 after earning a master’s degree in chemical engineering at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. At Cytiva, Jesper has specialized in chromatography resin design and development, mainly solid support synthesis and functionalization. Jesper helped develop and launch Cytiva’s Capto™ S ImpAct and MabSelect PrismA™ chromatography resins, and he is assigned design responsible for several bioprocess products, including SOURCE™ IEX resins and Capto™ S ImpAct resins.
