Profile
Kiavash Mirzadeh obtained a doctorate in 2018 from Stockholm University for research aimed to develop DNA vector design and gene expression strategies that streamline biologics production. After his PhD studies, he joined Xbrane, a Biosimilars company based in Sweden, as a cell line development (CLD) scientist. He has a combined 8+ years of experience of vector design and gene expression for production of proteins and biologics and 3+ years of industrial experience within CLD in Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells and strain development in microbes.
