Patrick Mayrhofer is a Senior Expert Science & Technology at Novartis since 2021 in Drug Substance Development Schaftenau (Austria) where he is involved in various ongoing process intensification projects. Before that, he was PostDoc at the BOKU University Vienna where he also finished his PhD in Biomolecular Technology of Proteins and did several research stays abroad in USA and Portugal. During his academic studies he was responsible for projects including industrial partners focusing on implementation of high-performing perfusion technologies and process intensification concepts.
