Cell Line Development Specialist at NRC-Montreal


Sophie Broussau, M.Sc., is a technical officer at the National Council Research in Canada. She has been working for the last 15 years on the development of several HEK 293 cell lines, more specifically, on lentiviral vectors and VLPs productions for clinical applications. She is currently developing a cloning process to improve the isolation of performer clones. She possesses a long experience in cell culture, lentiviral production, molecular biology, cytometry, antibody production in wave bioreactor and purification.
