Sushma Nayak Teichert is Global Product Manager for Advanced Applications at Cytiva. She is responsible for current and future offerings of small-scale hardware solutions that enable manufacturing of novel advanced therapies. She has been with Cytiva for over six years, with extensive experience in the bioprocess industry from process development to GMP manufacturing of diverse biomolecules. Before joining Cytiva, Sushma worked in drug development and translation oncology, researching novel therapies for cancer.

Sushma holds a Master’s degree in drug discovery and development from University College London and a PhD in Translational Oncology from the University of Heidelberg
