Veena WarikooHead of Biomanufacturing for Tomorrow at Roche
Dr. Veena Warikoo is currently Head of Biomanufacturing for Tomorrow, Pharma Technical Innovation at Roche responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of SUT and new manufacturing technologies in Pharma tech, and the execution of the single use facilities in both PT’s internal and external network. She has 25 years of experience in innovation, process development, manufacturing and organizational management. Most recently, she worked for nearly a decade at Sanofi Genzyme, where she held roles of increasing responsibility in development and manufacturing of biotherapeutics, including overseeing the development of an innovative end-to-end, integrated biomanufacturing platform. Veena obtained her Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Oklahoma and completed her postdoctoral training in Environmental Engineering at Stanford University.
