Reservation Information

Reservation Changes

Should you require a change in your hotel reservation, please contact the respective hotel directly and they will be able to assist you.

Cancellation Policy

A deposit for one nights’ room and tax will be processed at time of booking. Cancellation of individual reservations can be made up to 48 hours prior to arrival.

Please note the individual hotel cancellation policy when you are making your reservation.

*To note, INFORMA DOES NOT WORK WITH OUTSIDE COMPANIES FOR ATTENDEE HOTEL ROOMS. We are aware that unauthorized housing companies (called hotel “poachers”) offer cheaper rates at hotels usually quoted in US$. Often when the attendee arrives at the hotel, it's already sold out and there's no record of the reservation. This practice, also known as “room pirating” is a scam that all attendees and exhibitors should be aware of in order to avoid passing along personal and financial information.
