As a Consulting Chief Wellness Officer, Gloria works with leaders to build Well-being into the framework as part of the organisation’s culture by creating a comprehensive and holistic well-being strategy to empower employees to be their best selves professionally and personally. She delivers workshops and programmes on but not limited to the following topics:

  • The Authentic Leader Well-Being Programme
  • How to Build Well-Being Strategies that work and engage
  • Transforming organization culture to boost retention and the bottom-line

Gloria is an Award-Winning, Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, the author of Healing Foods Healthy Foods, International and TEDx Speaker. She trained at Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) in New York and is certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP). She is a member of the International Alliance of Holistic Therapists (IAHT) and Federation of Holistic Therapists.

Prior to moving into the health and wellness industry, Gloria was an IT Consultant within the financial sector and Academia in London UK. Examples include, Bank of New York Mellon, Lloyds of London, FCA and the LSE.

Having experienced burnout and going through cancer while in the corporate arena, Gloria understands the demands of corporate life, and how work-related stress can impact on overall and a sense of well-being. Gloria holds a BSc. Honours degree in Information Technology and Statistics from one of the top universities in the UK, Middlesex University, as well as a diploma in Economics from the London School of Economics.
