Profile
Jack Faulk is an environmental protection specialist in the Office of Water at the US Environmental Protection Agency in Washington, DC. Mr. Faulk has worked in the wastewater permitting field for more than 30 years both in the private (Science Applications International Corporation) and public sector. In his current role, Jack is the technical lead overseeing the Agency’s vessel permitting and electronic reporting system.
Prior to joining the vessel permit team, Jack led the development and administration of a variety of EPA permitting efforts on topics as diverse as pesticides, stormwater, and biosolids (also less formally known as sewage sludge). His efforts have included working with a wide range of stakeholders to develop permits, regulations, policy, electronic data systems, training and outreach materials.
Jack has a degree in Chemical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
