Jorden Dawson, joined Beedie’s Industrial division in November 2014, and oversees the sales, leasing and marketing of new industrial and condo developments, build-to-suit projects, sourcing and executing on land acquisitions, and client coordination through the development process for all the prairie provinces and the United States. In addition, Jorden oversees all income acquisitions and joint ventures outside of British Columbia. Jorden brings a unique combination of development, transactional and project management experience. His past body of work ranges from large bay industrial, manufacturing, and healthcare to high profile office and retail fit-outs.
