Sean Day is Vice President, Industrial with Anthem and oversees all initiatives relating to the company’s industrial portfolio. With over 17 years of transactional experience in the Alberta real estate market, key areas of specialization include leasing, sales, and development throughout both the greater Calgary and greater Edmonton areas. Sean was previously a Senior Vice President with Avison Young in Calgary and a senior leader within the industrial brokerage team. Further industry experience includes holding the position of Director, Industrial with Oxford Properties while overseeing all leasing and real estate management initiatives relating to the group’s Calgary industrial portfolio, along with the prior position as a member of the Colliers industrial brokerage team in Edmonton. Leveraging his experience in both brokerage and investment/development, Sean's comprehensive knowledge of and insight into the full cycle of a real estate transaction provides a unique perspective and ability to analyze a project from all angles.
