Tara Steell, registered Professional Planner and General Manager for Calgary Land at Dream since 2019, is well known in the industry for her urban and regional planning knowledge, seasoned project management, and effective negotiation strategies. Tara’s 17 years in both public and private sector planning, with intimate knowledge of land development, combines her passion for urban design with a practical focus and understanding of budgets, deliverables, and timelines. Tara is bringing her unique knowledge to the development of Alpine Park in Calgary as well as overseeing Montrose in High River and Vista Crossing in Crossfield. With a value for relationships and community, Tara is currently serving her second term as a Director on the BILD Calgary Region Board and was recently appointed to serve as a Director for Attainable Homes Calgary. Previously Tara held the positions of President of the Commercial Real Estate Women’s (CREW) Network Calgary Chapter, Board Member of CREW Foundation, and the Alberta Professional Planners Institute (APPI) Council.
