Vice President of Early Clinical Development at Century Therapeutics

Nick Trede is the VP of Early Clinical Development at Century Therapeutics, a fully integrated biotechnology company developing transformational next generation iPSC-derived cell therapies for hematological malignancies and solid tumors. Nick joined Century in 2021 after 5 years of cell therapy experience with Juno, Celgene and BMS. He holds an MD from Freiburg University, a PhD in immunology from Universite Paris VII, trained in Pediatrics and Pediatric Heme/Onc at Boston Children’s Hospital and DFCI. Nick did his postdoctoral research modeling zebrafish immune-mediated diseases in the HHMI lab of Leonard Zon and continued this work in his University of Utah lab before moving to industry in 2013.
