Sarah SullivanAnalytical Development at Biogen
Sarah Sullivan, PhD is a Scientist within Analytic Development at Biogen tasked with developing methods to characterize adeno-associated viral genomes for gene therapy products. She received her doctorate in Cell and Molecular Biology from Boston University, under the mentorship of Dr. Angela Ho, studying Mint protein-dependent regulation of amyloid precursor protein trafficking and processing. She then completed a post-doctoral fellowship at Brigham & Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School/The Broad Institute in the laboratories of Drs. Philip De Jager and Tracy Young-Pearse, developing screening strategies for allelic variation in molecular networks implicated in neurogenerative diseases in induced pluripotent stem cell derived neurons.
