Peter has distinguished himself as a clinical development professional with a strategic focus in leading global operations that support the optimization of bio-pharmaceutical research and investigator relationships.

As of October 2020 Peter has accepted a position as the Senior Vice President of Clinical Solutions and Strategic Partnering on behalf of WCG Clinical. Prior to this new role he spent the last 7+ years at IQVIA where he had a series of progressive leadership roles in global project management and most recently served as a Vice President and Managing Director for customer alliances.

Peter has also worked at Vertex Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Operations Head where he was responsible for portfolio planning, clinical site services, clinical technologies and strategic outsourcing for the global development organization.

Other past roles further included a Senior Director of Clinical Operations for Shire Pharmaceuticals and a Director of Worldwide Development Operations for Pfizer Global Research and Development.

With a diverse background that includes experience in healthcare management, technology and communications, he is also a frequent contributor to trade journals and a featured speaker at international conferences and industry association events.

Peter continues to be a strong advocate for efforts to educate the public regarding the positive perception of clinical research and is a legislative policy advocate on behalf of the Michael J. Fox Foundation (MJFF).
