A self-proclaimed ‘Cheerleader for Change,’ Cynthia delights in bringing dependable, value-add transformation to an industry long plagued by inefficiencies; fraught with paper trails, disjointed communications, and overflowing inboxes. As the VP of Strategic Accounts at SEDNA, she supports, accelerates and amplifies the digitalisation efforts of the world’s top firms in the global supply chain by fixing the fundamental flaws in the building block of business communication - email; delivering on SEDNA’s mission to return 1 billion hours back to the world.

Cynthia discovered her passion for innovation as an early employee of Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), where she was awarded a patent for personal contributions to the development of eConfirm, a bilateral trade confirmation matching engine. She went on to hold several leadership positions at essDOCS where she was instrumental to the development and delivery of several 'firsts' in digitalisation - the first fully electronic, endorsable, eBill of Lading; the first ePresentation of eDocs under eUCP; eSafety Data Sheets - a joint initiative with SGS; and CargoDocs for Barges - the first eNomination and eBarge Receipt solution for the ARA region.
