Todd DukeGeneral Manager of Compliance at Resolve Marine Group
Todd Duke has been in the maritime emergency response community for over 30 years. Starting as a U.S. Navy Damage Controlman, he progressed through the emergency response world, first as a professional firefighter, then working as a fire training officer in petrochemical and offshore production installations for a major oil company.
Todd has been with Resolve for 22 years and worked as a Fire Academy Instructor, Senior Fire Fighter, and Project Manager on numerous salvage, marine emergency, and oil spill response projects. He recently managed several high-profile U.S. ship fires and led large-scale recovery operations post-hurricane in New York, New Jersey, Louisiana, Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina.
Todd currently resides in Anchorage, Alaska, and serves as the General Manager of Resolve Compliance Services. In his role, he oversees 1-Call Alaska - a USCG-approved OSRO, Resolve’s OPA90 Salvage and Marine Firefighting division, and the Client Service team.
