Thank you for tuning into the virtual Compensation & Benefits Forum KSA 2020

For the first time in its history, this was redesigned as a virtual event.

We heard from great speakers and addressed key issues such as how to prepare for the digital future of total rewards, how linking performance reviews to your reward strategy and creating an enabling culture for mental health and well-being.

It’s a Different World: A Post-Pandemic Outlook for 2021 and Beyond

This year’s Compensation & Benefits Forum KSA has been redesigned to address the latest C&B updates owing to COVID-19 to help you stay up-to-date and drive business impact. We have re-envisioned this year's forum and transformed it into a 100% virtual learning and networking experience.

The event was brought to you by the organisers of MENA’s longest-running Compensation and Benefits event' which is serving the HR community for 24 years.

The key topics touched areas such as how to reward the workforce of the future with an innovative total rewards package. Delegates had a unique chance to learn how to leverage international best practices in total rewards management to engage KSA’s young workforce.

WHAT WILL OUR 2021 EVENT LOOK LIKE AS A HYBRID EVENT?

The Situation and the Solution:
The Situation and the Solution:

In these uncertain times, it is difficult to plan for the future. While we are excited to welcome you to the Compensation & Benefits Forum KSA 2021 in Ryad next September, we recognize that due to restrictions, not everyone will be able to physically attend the event.

By merging the summit into a physical and online event, you will have an expanded global and regional community to network and connect with while also having access to the live conference sessions and the ability to watch sessions on-demand on your schedule.

The Best of Both Worlds:
The Best of Both Worlds:

The hybrid event model mirrors the physical event with a digital element, enabling:

  • Live content and on demand viewing. Attendees of the physical and digital event can choose to watch some sessions and speakers as they happen and other content at a time that suits them.
  • All pass holders will access a single delegate list on the same platform. Arrange meetings with anyone of interest to you.

Switching Digital and Physical Passes:
Switching Digital and Physical Passes:

Booked your physical or digital pass but changed your mind? We can easily switch it for you:

  • Moving from the physical to the digital-only pass means you will pay the price of the digital pass available at the time you change your pass.
  • Moving from the digital to the physical pass means you will pay the price of the physical price at the time you booked your digital pass originally.

We'll include a demo of the functionality around the virtual networking too!

WHAT DOES THE DIGITAL EXPERIENCE LOOK LIKE?

Audience Interaction
Audience Interaction

You can submit questions through Sli.do in the same way as anyone who’s physically in the room, engaging with what you’re seeing on stage.

Plus, you’ll be able to see who’s watching along with you and drop them a message to continue the conversation after the session.

Virtual Networking
Virtual Networking

Our virtual platform will enable digital to digital as well as digital to physical connections, ensuring you meet the people who matter.

Simply create your personalized profile and indicate the industry areas that interest you and the kind of people you’d like to meet. Our smart matchmaking app will do the rest.

You can schedule a time during or after the event to connect digitally or by phone.

Networking will be available online during the whole week of the conference.

The digital experience also provides fantastic extra value for the physical delegates.

They can see all content they may have missed while watching other sessions or taking advantage of the unbeatable networking only found at Compensation & Benefits Forum KSA 2021.

And network with an even bigger pool of senior decision-makers—those attending online as well as at the physical event.
