Monis Rahman is the Chairman and CEO of Naseeb Networks, a leading provider of online recruitment solutions globally. He was #6 in Forbes Magazine list of "Ten Big Hitting Asian Businessmen under 50". Naseeb Networks powers Saudi Arabia’s leading recruiting platforms and ROZEE.PK in Pakistan. Over 50,000 job applications are processed each day and the company’s recruiting solutions are used by over 65,000 companies to find talent.

As one of Pakistan’s iconic entrepreneurs, Monis has raised over $11 Million in venture capital for the various startups he is involved within Pakistan. Naseeb Networks became Pakistan’s first online venture to raise venture capital in 2007. Since then Monis has also co-founded Finja which became the country’s first fintech to raise venture funding and successfully launched its revolutionary mobile payments wallet, SimSim. Monis is an active angel investor has incubated and co-founded other startups included Pakistan’s first online travel portal, and Pakistan’s leading ticketing platform, EasyTickets.

Monis completed his undergraduate degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and did graduate coursework at Stanford University. He has been featured by numerous magazines and newspapers including Forbes, The New York Times, CNN, InfoWorld, Red Herring, Infoweek, The Chicago Tribune and others.

He was elected to the Global Board of Governors of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) in 2012, the world’s largest not-for-profit organization of entrepreneurs. He is a member of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and has served on the Central Executive Committee of the Pakistan Software Houses Association (P@SHA) as Senior Vice Chairman. He has also served on the Advisory Board of Acumen Fund and Board of Directors of Kashf Microfinance Bank, helping navigate its acquisition by FINCA Microfinance Bank. Monis is the recipient of the IDG Pioneer in Innovation 2008 award. He won the Pakistan Power 100 Excellence Award in 2012, an initiative promoting the 100 most influential Pakistani men and women globally. Monis is a TEDx speaker and frequently invited to talk on entrepreneurship and Internet marketing at some of the world's top business schools and conferences.
