Dominique Lombardi is the Deputy Head of Rajah & Tann Singapore’s Competition & Antitrust and Trade Practice. A foreign lawyer, she has more than twenty years of experience in Competition and Antitrust law, equally shared between Europe and the ASEAN region. Dominique has worked both in private practice and as an in-house lawyer with her expertise covering all aspects of competition/antitrust laws - merger control, international cartels (including multi-jurisdictional leniency), vertical restraints, abusive conduct - as well as deregulation law. Her unique in-depth knowledge of the EU and ASEAN competition regimes and her dual experience as an in-house and a private practitioner is an advantage that has been praised by the clients. Dominique has been cited as a leading lawyer by various journals, including Euromoney Experts Guide to the World’s Leading Competition & Antitrust Lawyers, Who’s Who Legal, Best Lawyers and Chambers.
Separately, Dominique is an adjunct lecturer on Competition Law at Sorbonne-Assas International Law School – Asia (Singapore campus).
