Julie Glasgow

Director of the Competition Law Implementation Program (CLIP) at ACCC

Julie is Director of the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand FTA (AANZFTA) Competition Law Implementation Program (CLIP). Julie works with competition officials across Southeast Asia, the ASEAN Secretariat and New Zealand as well as other development partners to strengthen cooperation and deliver practical assistance to support effective competition law enforcement.

Julie joined the ACCC on secondment from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) in late 2014. Julie worked with DFAT for over 10 years, including as a founding member of the teams negotiating both AANZFTA and the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).

Julie was posted to the Australian Embassy in Vietnam from 2007 to 2011 and lived with her husband and two children in Papua New Guinea in 2018.
