Małgorzata is a partner and head of Linklaters' Antitrust & Foreign Investment practice both in Warsaw and the CEE region. Her area of expertise includes Polish and EU competition law. She has extensive experience in merger control, restrictive practices including cartels, competition compliance programmes, consumer law, State aid and EU funding. Małgorzata regularly represents clients before the European Commission, the Polish Competition Authority and Polish courts, including in private enforcement cases. She has published several articles on European law and competition law, and has been a frequent contributor to a number of conferences and seminars on a wide variety of topics in her fields of expertise.
