Niamh was called to the Bar in 1991. After practising at the competition Bar in London and Paris, in 2011 she joined British Airways as in house competition counsel. Following the merger of BA and Iberia she joined the newly formed InternationaI Airlines Group where she has spent 10 years advising the IAG Executive Committee and Boards of our Airlines on Competition, Compliance and public law economic and regulatory issues. In that time IAG has successfully concluded a number of Mergers, Strategic Joint Ventures, and Global Airline Alliances. Niamh also heads up the Group competition law team managing Compliance risks and follow on investigations and regulatory litigation.
She sits on the Board of Vueling Airlines.
