Nicole is head of the UK Competition/Antitrust Group. With over 20 years of European and UK competition experience, Nicole has led on over 40 significant merger investigations in addition to maintaining a busy investigations and enforcement practice. She has particular expertise in antitrust and regulatory issues in the transport and infrastructure, financial services, retail, mining and healthcare sectors.
Nicole’s experience within the transport and infrastructure sector includes advising IFM on its acquisition together with M.A.G. of Stansted Airport, a consortium comprising Allianz, Hastings Funds, Alberta Infrastructure Management and EdF on their successful bid for Porterbrook Trains, and DP World on various competition matters in the ports sector.
