Camilla Jain Holtse is a Danish advokat based in Copenhagen, Denmark. She graduated with a Master’s degree from University of Aarhus, Denmark in 2001 and has an LL.M in European Law from King’s College, London. She joined A.P. Møller-Mærsk (Maersk) in 2013 and currently holds the position as Associate General Counsel, Head of Competition Law & Policy in the corporate headquarters of Maersk in Copenhagen. In this position she is responsible for all competition law, antitrust and other related regulatory matters for the Maersk group globally. Prior to joining Maersk she worked as external counsel specialising in EU competition law for more than a decade with leading Danish law firms, latest with Gorrissen Federspiel law firm. She has also been external lecturer at the University of Aarhus, Denmark, teaching in Danish and EU Competition law for many years and has written various articles on competition law related matters. Camilla is also a frequent speaker at international competition law conferences.
