Profile
Elisabeth Eklund is a partner at Delphi and heads the EU, Competition and Public Procurement law team. She assists in the full range of competition law work as well as regulatory matters. Elisabeth has experience from investigations carried out by authorities and litigations both as regards cartels and abuse of dominance cases. She advise on strategic issues in all kind of competition law matters, sets up compliance programs, holds trainings and handle merger filings and she has assisted in several dawn raids carried out by both the Commission and the Swedish Competition Authority. Besides competition law she also has expertise in state aid, free movement, regulatory (in particular life sciences, food and transports) and anti-corruption issues.
Elisabeth has published a large number of articles on competition law and is a popular speaker. Elisabeth is also a guest lecturer in competition law at Stockholm University and a Non-Governmental Advisor to the International Competition Network, ICN, and is part of the ICC’s Swedish reference group for competition as well as CSR. Elisabeth is ranked by Chambers and Partners and Legal 500 for EU/Competition and by several international ranking institutes for Life Sciences.
