Salla is Head of Legal for Grocery Trade Division and Cross-Divisional Commercial Legal Team (B2C and B2B) of Kesko Corporation, one of the leading retail companies in the Northern Europe, and the largest retail operator in Finland. She works with strategic legal matters and legal public affairs related to wholesale, retail, e-commerce and digital services, in particular in the food trade sector.

Prior to joining Kesko first as Competition Counsel in 2017, she gained 13 years of experience in top-tier law-firms in Finland advising clients in a wide range of competition law matters with a particular focus on public and private competition law enforcement cases.

Master of Laws (University of Turku, Finland), LL.M on EU Law (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium) and a Post-Graduate Diploma on Competition Economics (King’s College London, UK).
