Ulrika Wester is a skilled Ethics & Compliance professional with more than 15 years of work experience in designing and implementing effective Ethics & Compliance programs. She is currently heading the Ethics & Compliance function within Skanska Group, a world leading project development and construction group. In this role she is covering a range of compliance areas, such as anti-corruption, competition, data protection and trade sanctions. Prior to joining Skanska she worked as Head of Compliance at Nordic Entertainment Group (now Viaplay Group), the Nordic region’s leading streaming company. Before that she worked 10 years at Ericsson being in charge of the Group’s Competition Compliance program, handling competition law matters worldwide within the group. Before joining Ericsson, Ulrika worked in private practice at Advokatfirman Vinge, specializing in competition law and public procurement. Ulrika also holds the position as Chairman of Competition Policy Commission at ICC Sweden. She is a frequent speaker at legal seminar and business summits.
