I’ve been working in financial services and complaints handling for 10 years and in customer service focused roles for around 15 years. As an Ombudsman at the Financial Ombudsman Service I decided complaints across a range of financial products. In my current role as Ombudsman Leader I oversee a department of case handlers resolving complaints and I head up our policy work around vulnerability and equality.
