Tony has been involved in the area of Business Process improvement for more than 30 years working initially in the public sector and Outsourcing before moving to work for the leading software vendor in that space at the time, FileNet Corp.

Tony joined IBM in 2006 when IBM acquired FileNet and took up a number of leadership roles in the IBM Automation business before joining Insight 2 Value, IBM’s leading European Automation partner, in 2016.

He has worked with many companies in Financial Services in redesigning and implementing Case based solutions for core business process such as Complaints Handling, Fraud Investigation and Customer Services.

More recently he has supported Banks to add Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Assistant capabilities into those solutions particularly as an urgent response to the challenges incurred due to the outbreak of Covid19.
