David Melton, PharmD, BCSCP has spent the last 10+ years working as a leader in sterile and non-sterile compounding. Starting his career in a traditional 503a pharmacy focusing on high-risk sterile compounding, he transitioned into home infusion and tertiary hospital management with a emphasis on sterile compounding compliance. Currently he leads the facilities management arm of the Compounding Compliance Team (CCT) at University of Michigan Health – Michigan Medicine, overseeing more than 20+ sterile and non-sterile compounding sites.
