Anna Wielogorska is a Lead Procurement Specialist at the World Bank, currently Hub Leader in Beijing, with over 20 years’ experience in public procurement covering most sectors and including complex procurement in infrastructure and IT systems for PFM, Customs and Tax as well as health and social security. She has a wealth of experience of in public procurement reform and in addition to MDB procurement systems she has a good knowledge of EU and UNCITRAL model law based systems.
