Anthony's practice includes domestic and international arbitration cases, court proceedings and expert determination and adjudication (including references to dispute boards). He also advises on various methods of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. Anthony is a member of the Committee of the Technology and Construction Solicitors' Association, and its Adjudication and Arbitration Sub-Committees. He works with numerous barristers, claims consultants and expert witnesses on a wide variety of claims and has routinely deals with disputes under all forms of contract. Anthony also conducts claims on behalf of professional indemnity and contractor’s all risks insurers.
