Jeremy Glover, a partner at Fenwick Elliott, advises on all aspects of projects both at home and abroad, from initial procurement to where necessary dispute avoidance and resolution. Recognised for international arbitration work in both Chambers and the Legal500, Jeremy has considerable recent experience of representing clients in both DAB and International Arbitration proceedings on projects where the FIDIC form of contract has been used. Jeremy is also Jeremy is the co-author of Understanding The FIDIC Red and Yellow Books: A Clause by Clause Commentary, the third edition of which was published in 2018 and is the lead editor of Building Contract Disputes: Practice and Precedents. Jeremy is a member of the Board of Examiners on the Centre of Construction Law MSc programme at King’s College, London where he also teaches on adjudication and FIDIC issues. He also sits on the CIArb Adjudication Sub-Committee and is a member of has recently been elected to the Executive Board of Region 2 of the DRBF.
