Dr. Hitendra Wadhwa researches, codifies and teaches the “Inner Mastery, Outer Impact” principles that underlie his work at Columbia Business School and Mentora Institute. Hitendra is Professor of Leadership Development at Columbia Business School, where his class on Personal Leadership & Success has for many years been the most popular leadership elective, earning him the Dean’s Award for Teaching Excellence and the Executive-MBA Commitment to Excellence Award. He has also received the Marketing Association’s award for the Most Dynamic and Engaging Professor, and the Lear Award for Service to Students.
