Teresa FaustSenior Manager, Research & Metrics at United Methodist
Teresa Faust is Senior Manager, Research and Metrics, for The United Methodist Church. She received her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Dayton. She spent over ten years working in advertising research helping companies optimize communication across touch points to strengthen customer relationships and grow their business, primarily with large consumer packaged goods companies, such as Proctor & Gamble and Nestle. In her role at United Methodist Communications, she leads research across teams as the resource for customer information, data analyses, and strategic consultation to grow The UMC.
Teresa serves on the board of the Nashville American Marketing Association as Research Chair. She is on the executive team for InterSearch, a global research group of Christian media organizations. And she is the Programming V.P. for the Nashville Chapter of the Religion Communicators Council. When she is not combing through data tables she enjoys reading, walking and spending time with her family.
