Donna Jaskolski
Senior Vice-President, Customer Experience Officer at Civista Bank


Donna joined the Civista team in 2017 in a new role of Customer Experience Officer. Bringing with her a passion for customer experience and employee engagement. Donna works with all departments, both operations and client facing to enhance the customer’s journey. Recently she led the Bank’s Digital Transformation and Q2 Implementation projects. Donna likes to say, “Projects are always having babies, projects creating more projects.” Through the most recent implementations, the FINN.AI project was born.

Prior to joining Civista Bank, Donna spent eleven years with PNC Bank. Her background in marketing, hospitality and media gives her a unique insight to provide the best experience employees and clients.
