Kate Sparich

Associate Director, Copay Operations at AstraZeneca

Kate Sparich has over 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry focused on designing, implementing and managing programs to support patients.  In her current role as Associate Director, Copay Programs, Kate partners with internal stakeholders and vendors to support the successful delivery of our copay programs.  Kate has held a variety of roles focused on helping ensure access for patients, including previously managing the AZ&Me patient assistance program.  Prior to joining AstraZeneca, Kate a business consultant with Accenture. Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Joseph’s University and a Master of Science in Education degree from the University of Pennsylvania with a focus in Psychological Services.
