What are you responsible for at your company?
Managing $200M F&B focused fund with the sole goal of buying, growing and scaling emerging restaurant concepts throughout the US.
In less than 30 words, how would your customers describe your restaurant brand?
Our restaurants are authentic, high energy, experiential fast casual, quick serve and casual dining concepts. Flavor profiles range from Hawaiian to Southern BBQ, fried chicken to Detroit-style pizza, and breakfast to customized beverages.
What excites you about the future of this industry?
That there is never an end to the creativity of the emerging, cool kid brands. As older brands drop out of the market, it is backfilled with new, energetic and authentic new brands that are capturing the hearts and souls of the consumers - looking for these elements.
Other than your own restaurants, what is your all-time favorite meal?
A fresh piece of pizza, right out of the oven. Deep dish preferred, please :)
