What are you responsible for at your company?
Having joined Chick-fil-A in 2013, Khalilah is responsible for ensuring the guest experience at Chick-fil-A remains best in class, by leading a team that develops and deploys innovative customer facing service and hospitality solutions. She also leads an enterprise level, cross-functional customer experience strategy team that is responsible for mapping out the future of the customer experience for the brand.
