A mission-driven, culture-carrying community that provides high-quality pies and high-quality jobs. Not 'Big Pizza,' and proud to be so. Focused on a more livable wage, a more socially conscious vision, and more real actions.
What excites you about the future of this industry?
Change. The pandemic highlighted issues that have been problems in the restaurant industry for decades: low wages, lack of benefits, dangerous working conditions, the cyclical nature of laying off and rehiring staff when it's convenient for employers' balance sheets. These are not new problems, but we need new solutions because the status quo is not working.
