GET AHEAD AND LOGIN EARLY
Registered delegates will be provided with unique logins to the virtual platform. These will be sent via email two weeks before the event starts.
We encourage you to spend a few minutes creating your personal profile – it will act as your 'face' for the event.
Let people know who you are and what you're looking to get out of the event. Remember, the more you put in at this stage, the more you'll get out.
For the best online experience, use Google Chrome or Firefox. If you use other browsers, the experience may be limited. Internet Explorer is not supported.
CHOOSE WHO TO CONNECT WITH
Simply use the filters to browse through the full delegate list, select the people of most interest to your business and invite them to chat via video link.
Please note that the free exhibition pass holders will only be able to receive messages through the virtual platform (you must upgrade to the CMA conference pass to view the full attendee list and send messages).
If you see someone you would like to speak to, reach out and schedule a meeting to connect.
Time slots where both parties are available are displayed to enable you to quickly set up 1:1 meetings.
Once you have made a connection, you can choose to share your contact details with people you have chosen to connect with, and it's also easy to politely decline meeting requests that aren’t interesting to you.
HOLD ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS
Our video meeting software is contained seamlessly within the platform.
Need to have a more private conversation or discuss something in depth? Use the allotted networking time to hold as many one-to-one meetings as you need.
Once registered, it's important to properly set up your profile to make the most of the app's capability. Answer the short list of questions and let the matchmaking algorithm recommend people to connect with. The more complete your profile is, the more helpful the tool will be.
Your personal introduction is also a vital part of your profile, as it helps you stand out. Other attendees can also search for keywords in your intro, so do include your unique offering and what you’re looking to achieve from attending CrewConnect Global.
HOLD A GROUP MEETING
As well as being able to hold one-to-one meetings, our functionality allows you to invite as many other delegates to your meeting as you want.
In the middle of a meeting and could do with your product expert to jump in? Simply search for them from the delegate list and connect them in seamlessly.
Plus, the in-meeting software means you can send and share graphics, documents or just add notes in the live-chat function during the meeting for everyone to see.
