With over 20 years experience in the maritime business, she has joined Wilhelmsen Ship Management in January 2019, after an 11 years tenure with

major management ship management outfit in various roles based out of Hamburg, Germany.

Holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrotechnics for the Polytechnic University in Bucharest and a Diploma in Ship management with Merit from Lloyds Academy in London.

Professionally, her main focus is continuous improvement and operational excellence, compliance, organizational culture and customer satisfaction. She is passionate about Seafarers and loves the Sea.

Outside the professional life, her interests are promoting diversity, environment protection and sustainability. Loves art, history and nature.
