        • Carried out about 700 audits on companies and ships, of which about 50 on cruise companies and large cruise ships)
        • Lead Trainer for Quality, Safety and Competence Management System Auditors
        • Lead Trainer for STCW courses, including Crowd and Crisis Management courses for crew on cruise ships
        • Carried out Risk assessments for shipping companies , including ferry and cruise companies
        • Carried out DNV IMSRS services on container vessels and cruise ships
        • Carried out Root Cause Analysis projects
        • Observer in IMO during STW (now HTW) sub-committee meetings (2008-2010, during the revision of the STCW that led to the “Manila Amendmends, 2010”)
