Praveen joined Wallem in 2007 and moved from technical to crewing department. His cumulative working experience on board and ashore is 30+ years.

Praveen is a marine professional with a degree in mechanical engineering & MEO Class-I certification. Wallem shortlisted him for executive consortium education from Richard Ivey Business School following which he acquired dual MBA degrees from UCLA Anderson School of Management & NUS Business School. He holds a PG Diploma in corporate governance, corporate finance & risks from Singapore Management University.

Praveen's expertise lies in the operation of maritime assets, crew management, shipping consulting, leading teams, and project management. He is passionate about developing people and engaging with them to get the best outcome.
