Through his leadership of the Crisis24 All Hazards Response team, Graeme has overseen numerous evacuation operations, ensuring the safe extraction of personnel from high-risk countries such as Afghanistan, Ukraine, Myanmar, and Sudan. He works closely with organizations' Crisis Management Teams to assess evacuation options and provides direct support to individuals on the ground who are at risk. Graeme collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders across air, sea, and land to ensure all potential evacuation avenues are explored. Graeme began his professional career with the British Army’s Royal Military Police, conducting investigations in both normal and challenging environments. He participated in counter terror operations, taking part in almost all major military operations since 1990, in addition to providing close protection for the UK’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) and the Royal Family.
