Ping Liu

Head of Cell Line Development Team at RGENXBIO

Ping obtained her Ph.D in Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry at Georgia State University and completed her postdoc training at Johns Hopkins University. She started her first industry job as a staff scientist for process development at Thermo Fisher to work on cell line development of antibodies and recombinant proteins in CHO system. After that she moved to Jecho Laboratories, Inc to lead an upstream process development team. Currently she is head of cell line development team at RGENXBIO where she leads efforts of vector design, cell line development and engineering to improve AAV expression platforms.
