Senior Lawyer - Enforcement Division at Financial Reporting Council

David is a Senior Lawyer in the Enforcement Division of the Financial Reporting Council. After qualification at the Bar he entered employed practice with a firm of solicitors in the City. David joined the FRC 3 ½ years ago from Taylor Wessing.

David is part of the Executive Counsel’s multi-disciplinary team of lawyers, forensic accountants and legal assistants. He is responsible for the strategic management of investigations, and where appropriate prosecutions, under the Audit Enforcement Procedure, Accountancy Scheme and Actuarial Scheme. His caseload is varied and covers matters such as Client Assets assurance and the audits of IT and manufacturing companies.
