With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Sandra Adam serves as a Director, leading SitusAMC’s Financial Diligence and Forensic Analysis group at SitusAMC. Her extensive background in commercial real estate has included working with a broad portfolio of owners, operators, private and institutional investors, commercial banks, investment banks, life and finance companies, CMBS lenders and private equity funds. Ms. Adam and her team focus on in-depth financial and forensic diligence, helping identify and mitigate risk in large, complex loans and portfolios by scrutinizing financials and uncovering deeply buried risk facts that could negatively impact loan value and business profitability.

Prior to joining SitusAMC in 2022, Ms. Adam spent 2 years at Hanover Street Capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of SitusAMC, where she focused on forensic analysis on balance sheet loans and assisted asset management teams with workouts, restructuring and foreclosures, verification of historical cash flow, flow of funds analysis, review of guarantor financials, compliance with loan covenants and assessments to identify asset management deficiencies. Prior to that, she spent more than 20 years in various roles in the Real Estate Advisory and Assurance Practices at RSM US LLP primarily focused on equity and debt financial due diligence projects for all asset classes, dispute and forensic analysis and financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations.
